What to Expect at our Live Webinar

This face-to-face video conference style webinar will allow you see and hear the the presenter and see other participants, while being able to ask questions via audio microphone or chat.

Technical requirements

You can join the webinar with most computers with Chrome or Firefox browsers. You must have a camera to verify attendance, a microphone is optional. Tablets and smartphones can also be used.

Check to see if your device is ready for a Zoom meeting at https://zoom.us/test

When prompted you will approve to share the camera on your device. Allow sharing of your camera and microphone when prompted. You must share you camera for the entire session, so we can confirm your attendance.

Registered participants will get an email with the webinar link, from there you click a link to Join the Zoom Meeting.

On a computer

  1. Click the meeting link sent to you in your “webinar link” reminder email.
  2. Follow the onscreen prompts to download and install the Zoom Meetings app,
  3. Once installed click the meeting link to join the meeting.

On mobile devices

  1. Tap the meeting link sent to you via text or email.
  2. Follow the onscreen prompts to join.
  3. You can get the app now (before your webinar time). Check to see if your device is ready for a Zoom meeting at https://zoom.us/test

Since sessions last for hours you may want to be connected to WIFI (to save data on your cell phone plan).
